Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn’t been processed or shipped. If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can still request a return after receiving it.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was delivered. Some items, such as perishable goods, personal care products, and gift cards, are not eligible for return or refund.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or damaged.
